A veteran-led workforce program that introduces inner-city and at-risk youth to enterprise IT and puts them on a real path to industry certification through hands-on data center projects.
The Program
An Immersive, Practical Workforce Program
YouthTech 5.0 is designed to transform lives, not with a career fair, but with months of real work on the same enterprise data center equipment used by the employers we want these young people hired by.
Participants rack and cable equipment, image and configure servers, build and break networks, and document what they did. They are supervised by veterans who are used to bringing young people up to a standard. And they finish with a credential that means something on an application.
Who We Serve
Three Populations, One Program
First-Time Offenders
Rehabilitation & hope. A first conviction should not decide the next forty years. YouthTech offers a structured alternative track with adults who expect something of them and a marketable skill at the end of it.
High School Graduates
Career acceleration. For graduates who are not headed to a four-year degree, this is a direct route to a technical credential and an entry-level IT role without incurring debt.
High School Students
Developmental support. Teens still in school get exposure, mentorship and a concrete answer to “what could I actually do after this?”
Program Components
How It Runs

Structured environment
Attendance, standards and accountability modeled on the way veterans were trained themselves. Predictability is the point.

Real enterprise projects
Participants work on live data center equipment — switches, routers, servers, storage and cabling, not classroom simulations.

Veteran mentorship
Every cohort is led by veterans who provide technical instruction and the kind of steady adult presence many participants have not had.

Industry certification
The track terminates in a recognized IT credential and support with the transition into employment or further training.
Bring YouthTech to Your Community
We work with school districts, juvenile justice programs, community organizations, workforce boards and corporate sponsors to stand up cohorts.
Partners provide: referral pathways, space, sponsorship, or retired enterprise hardware for the training floor.
C4I provides: curriculum, veteran instructors, equipment logistics and the certification track.
