Text Message Terms

Program Description

C4I Veteran Services Corp sends text messages to people who ask for them. Messages cover program updates, class and event reminders, equipment pickup and delivery coordination, volunteer and deployment notices, and occasional donation requests.

How to Join

You join by checking the optional text message box on a C4I form and giving us your mobile number, or by telling C4I staff in writing that you want text messages. Consent is not a condition of receiving any service or of donating.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. C4I does not charge for text messages.

How to Stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may also stop messages any other clear way, including by calling (844) 814-0281 or emailing dn22@c4iveteranservices.org. We process opt-out requests within 10 business days or sooner, and you may receive one message confirming that you have been removed.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Your Privacy

C4I does not sell or share your mobile number or your text message consent with anyone for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with the provider that delivers our messages. See our Privacy Policy.

Age

You must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages. A parent or guardian may sign up to receive messages about a participant under 18.

Changes

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page.
