Who We Are
Service Does Not End at Discharge
Veterans leave the military with discipline, clearance-grade trustworthiness and a proven ability to operate complex systems under pressure. What most of them do not leave with is a credential the civilian IT industry recognizes.
C4I Veteran Services Corp exists to supply that missing piece. We train veterans on the same enterprise switching, routing, server and storage equipment they will meet on day one of a real job. We put hardware in their hands at no cost so the learning does not stop when they go home. And we work the employer side of the equation so that a completed certification turns into an interview.
The work is also therapeutic by design. For many of the veterans we serve, structured, hands-on technical work, racking, cabling, imaging, troubleshooting, provides a focus and a sense of mission that helps hold anxiety, depression and PTSD at bay.

Intensive, accelerated IT training paths built around how service members already learn, structured, standards-driven and practical. Coursework maps to industry certifications employers actually screen for.
Equip & Deploy
Veterans receive hardware at no cost: laptops, lab equipment and enterprise gear to build with. Learning continues outside the classroom because the lab goes home with them.
Connect & Employ
Direct pipelines to corporate IT partners, plus interview preparation, résumé translation from military occupational specialty to civilian role, and placement support.

C4I was founded by Donnell Nichols, a disabled veteran of the United States Navy, on a simple conviction: veterans do their best when they are given a mission, the right equipment, and people who expect something of them.
