Child Safety Standards
C4I Veteran Services Corp has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to the C4I Support Hub app, this website and every C4I program.
Our Standards
Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
C4I Veteran Services Corp prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all of its services. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized content involving a minor, grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, and any attempt to share or link to such material.
We remove prohibited content as soon as we become aware of it, close the account responsible, and report it to the authorities. We do not allow anyone to use C4I services to harm a child.

The C4I Support Hub App
How the App Is Set Up to Protect Children
The C4I Support Hub is for adults. The Terms of Use require every member to be 18 or older, and the Hub is not directed to children.
Members cannot send private messages to each other. The only private conversation in the app is between a member and the C4I team.
Forum posts are reviewed by C4I staff before anyone else can see them. Staff reject any post that is unsafe or inappropriate.
New accounts are approved by C4I staff before first use.
Reporting a Concern
- In the app. Use the “Report this post” button on any forum post. The post goes back to review and the C4I team is notified by email.
- By email. Write to dn22@c4iveteranservices.org or info@c4iveteranservices.org.
- By phone. Call (919) 443-5998.
We review every report. We do not retaliate against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
Enforcement and Reporting
What We Do When We Find a Problem
