This is not a sympathy ask. Veterans are among the most reliable technical hires an employer can make: already screened for trustworthiness, already accustomed to documentation, escalation and standards, already comfortable being on call at 0300 when a system fails.
What is often missing is a first step into the field. C4I provides that step through hands-on training, equipment and mentorship, then helps veterans enter certification programs. Partners help us understand the roles and skills employers need, so we can guide participants toward them.

A Cleaner Answer Than the Recycler
Most organizations have a decommissioning problem: gear that still works, has no resale value worth the effort, and carries data risk until it is properly handled. Sending it to C4I solves the logistics and produces something your CSR report can actually point at.
- Sanitization or destruction of storage media by our R2v3-certified partner facility, with certificates at the serial level
- Itemized receipt documenting make, model, serial and quantity
